This position is on a 3-shift rotation, rotating weekly between nights (22:00-06:00), afternoons (14:00-22:00) and mornings (06:00-14:00).
Main purpose of the job
The Unit Leader will supervise and control the allocated Operational Processes and Personnel to ensure production targets are met, while managing the unit in a cost-effective manner and to budget constraints.
