Production OperativeLocation: Birstall, West YorkshireInduction Date: Thursday 18th December 2025Start Date: From 5th January 2026Pay Rate: 12.21 - 13.53 per hour (depending on shift and role)The Role:We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a large, well-established manufacturing site based in Birstall, West Yorkshire.This advert is for candidates to attend a site induction on Thursday 18th December 2025, with a view to starting work from 5th January 2026.The role is hands-on and based within a fast-paced production environment, supporting manufacturing, packing, and quality control operations. Full training will be provided.These positions are offered on a temporary to permanent basis, with long-term opportunities available for the right candidates.Key Responsibilities:Operating machinery in a production environmentMeasuring, mixing, and handling materials safelyPacking, labelling, and preparing products for dispatchCarrying out basic quality checksAdhering to all health and safety proceduresMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised work areaWorking as part of a team to meet production targetsShifts and PayShift Patterns: Rotating Days and Afters (hours vary depending on department)Pay Rates: 12.21 - 13.53 per hour, depending on shift pattern and roleCandidate Requirements:Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred but not essentialGood attention to detailReliable with strong timekeeping and attendanceWillingness to work rotating ..... full job details .....
