Our Future Leaders Programme will ignite the leader in you. This global 36-month rotational leadership development programme in the UK recruits high-potential undergraduates and develops you into a manager through live projects and cross-functional placements.The role: Human Resources (HR)

As a member of the HR organisation you will gain experience in driving culture change, managing employee relations, developing leaders, improving team performance, and building skills and capabilities across the business, to maximise performance and growth.What will the programme involve?

The three-year development programme includes four 9-month placements across HR areas such as:HR Business PartneringHR in Factories across the UKHR Expertise including Reward, Learning, Talent, Organisation Development and People AnalyticsPeople ExperienceAll rotations present responsibility from day one and offer opportunities to shape your career based on strengths and aspirations.Skills

Skills required include: Business Acumen, Stakeholder Management, Design thinking, Digital Technology Awareness, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).Application process
