This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused engineer with a strong background in Unified Communications (UC), IP telephony, and technical support.You will play a key role in delivering installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support services across a diverse UC technology portfolio. Working closely with customers, project teams, support specialists, and sales colleagues, you will help ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, maintain, and support Unified Communications systems.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.Manage faults and service tickets in line with agreed SLAs.Liaise with project and support teams to ensure efficient job completion and customer communication.Support the sales function with technical expertise during customer engagements and solution design.Maintain accurate documentation, records, and technical standards.Continuously develop technical knowledge across UC and related technologies.Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures, risk ..... full job details .....
