Unified Communications Engineer/Consultant

Unified Communications Teams Trainer - 3-6 months - £300 per day INSIDE IR35 - Security Clearance Required We are seeking a hands-on Security Cleared Unified Communications Teams Trainer to support secure enterprise voice, video, and collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams) within the Public Sector. Experience within the Public Sector would be an advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesThe role involves delivering classroom, virtual, and workshop-based training while supporting organisational adoption, digital transformation, and secure use of Microsoft cloud technologies.Training Delivery Deliver instructor-led training sessions both virtually and in-person. Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on labs.Adapt training materials for different skill levels and audiences.Conduct train-the-trainer sessions where required.Assess learner progress and provide feedback.Content Development Create and maintain training materials, guides, presentations, and E-learning content.Develop role-based learning pathways.Update course content to reflect Microsoft 365 feature releases and organisational requirements.Produce user adoption and awareness materials.Microsoft 365 Technologies Deliver training and support adoption across: Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online OneDrive for Business Exchange Online Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365Core Technical SkillsUnified CommunicationsExperience of TeamsIntegration with Microsoft 365/TeamsVideo CollaborationFamiliarity with ..... full job details .....
