Unified Communications and Digital Workplace EngineerLondon (Hybrid) - 3 days into the City of London£600 day (Inside IR35)6 months (initial)A leading financial services organisation is seeking a Unified Communications and Digital Workplace Engineer to support and modernise its global communications environment.This is a communications-first role - ideal for an engineer with strong Cisco UC/telephony and AV experience, who is also comfortable working across infrastructure, cloud and Microsoft 365.Operating in a highly regulated environment, this role plays a critical part in ensuring all communications are secure, recorded and compliant.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and support enterprise communications platforms, including Cisco UC and collaboration toolsLead the transition from Legacy telephony - Microsoft Teams and cloud-based voice solutionsSupport and manage AV and meeting room estateEnsure all communications are fully compliant, recorded and auditable across voice and collaboration platformsAct as a key technical contact for compliance recording and regulatory requirementsContribute to infrastructure support across Servers, networking and cloud platformsTroubleshoot issues across voice, network, endpoint and cloud layersSupport both BAU and project delivery within an Agile environmentKey ProjectsDeployment of a new dealerboard platform (moving to IPC)Office relocation and associated communications/AV changesMigration of voice recording platform (Redbox - Luware)Cloud ..... full job details .....
