You''ll gain valuable hands-on experience in a school setting - ideal for anyone considering a future career in education, psychology, or therapy.The role:Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needsWork closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored learning plansSupport pupils with emotional regulation, confidence, and social skillsHelp create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environmentUse your understanding of psychology to promote positive behaviour and wellbeingThe ideal candidate will:Hold a degree in Psychology (or related subject)Be passionate about working with children and supporting their developmentHave experience working with young people, either in schools or through volunteering (desirable)Be proactive, patient, and able to build strong relationships with pupilsHold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS certificateWhat we can offer:Full-time, long-term role with potential for permanent placementCompetitive daily rate ( 95 - 115 per day)Excellent ..... full job details .....
