Unfinished Sales Advisor Location: Crewe Contract: Full-Time Salary: £26,546.33 per annum + Uncapped Commission (£36,000 OTE) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:50am - 5:20pmA well-established contact centre in Crewe is looking for confident and driven Unfinished Sales Advisors to join its sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy outbound sales, influencing customer decisions, and closing deals while delivering a positive customer experience. The RoleAs an Unfinished Sales Advisor, your focus will be on converting online shopping baskets into completed purchases . You''ll proactively contact customers who have added items to their basket but haven''t checked out, guiding them through the purchase journey and recommending suitable own-brand alternatives where appropriate.This is a target-driven position within a supportive team environment, where performance is measured, recognised, and rewarded . Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls and send emails to customers with unfinished online basketsAchieve a minimum activity level of 100 outbound calls per dayInfluence, negotiate, and overcome objections to secure salesUpsell and cross-sell own-brand products tailored to customer needsHandle inbound calls and convert telephone orders to targetAccurately update customer records and opportunities on CRM systemsSchedule customer callbacks in line with KPIsManage inbound queries or transfer to relevant departmentsSupport webchat sales campaigns when requiredMaintain strong ..... full job details .....
