This is a mandated role which requires all loans to be approved in accordance with the division''s Credit Risk Appetite. Key Accountabilities Manage and support a team of Underwriters. Develop staff and promote self-improvement within the team. Maintain broker relationships that are integral to the growth of WOSL. Promote our Team Ethic. Maintain and review all internal process documents ensuring the relevant information used by the underwriting team is captured. Take ownership of UAT testing requirements of the business, ensuring the underwriting operating system functions as required. Take ownership of product set up in Fusion ensuring accuracy is maintained and the products reflect the requirements of the business. Ensure Quarterly One-to-Ones are carried out with the underwriters, ensuring all training and development needs are met. Prepare and deliver six-monthly and Yearly appraisals.
