Underwriting Operations Assistant FTC

The role To provide Operational services as part of the "Long Tail" hub. This operational hub works very closely with the Liability and Life Sciences, Motor, Cyber and Ireland Underwriters working within the London and Ireland Offices. The Underwriting Operations Assistant will provide Operational services and provide Pre-Bind and Post-Bind support to our Underwriters. Additionally, working with the Operations team to help refine the support that we are providing to our Underwriting teams and transforming the way we provide this to ensure high levels of efficiency and service. This role would suit an individual that has worked within the Insurance industry, with experience or an interest in an Operational role. Key accountabilities Underwriting Administration Transferral of underwriting information and correspondence into documentmanagement system where appropriate Data entry of all policy types and endorsements using our underwriting data entry system - Geras - on behalf of the team Data entry in to any relevant team systems Ensuring a timely, efficient and appropriate workflow process is followed to from start to finish Data Quality Monitor and review the Policy data input to Geras, ensure compliance with ..... full job details .....
