Key Duties (Including but not limited to):Assess and underwrite risks, including but not limited to SME package, commercial combined, property owner and liability risksReview and analyse risk submissions, working with brokers to gather all necessary information for risk assessmentProvide accurate pricing recommendations and terms following the Company’s underwriting guidelines and business strategyEnsure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, as well as the Underwriting Framework in the business processQualifications Required

Cert CII or equivalent professional qualificationDip CII and progressing towards ACII qualification is preferred but not requiredExperience Required

Minimum 3 years of underwriting experience of SME package, commercial combined or property owner risksKnowledge of the UK general insurance market and relevant regulatory practices and legislationsProficiency in MS Office package, including Word, Excel and PPT and use of TeamsSeniority level
