You''ll be responsible for both underwriting and packaging 1st and 2nd charge lending applications, liaising with brokers and customers, and maintaining the highest levels of integrity and customer service.Responsibilities for the position of Underwriter:Process and package 1st and 2nd charge lending applications in line with agreed criteria.Complete DIPs, administrative tasks and system checks accurately and within required timescales.Order valuations and liaise with brokers and customers to resolve queries and obtain outstanding information.Provide timely case updates to brokers via phone, email and letter, in line with SLA requirements.Manage and prioritise daily workloads, keeping accurate records of case progression.Handle referrals for new lending where required.Deliver consistently ..... full job details .....
