UKandI Tax ManagerHybrid - Luton or London Salary: 70,000- 80,000The roleWe''re looking for a UKandI Tax Manager to own the group''s UK corporate tax compliance and reporting, reporting into the Head of Group Tax. You''ll be the go to technical authority on VAT and PSA matters, support international tax filings, transfer pricing, and get involved in some genuinely interesting projects. It''s a role with real scope to grow as the business does.What you''ll be doingOwning UK corporation tax compliance and reporting (using Alphatax) across the group''s UK entitiesManaging UK VAT/indirect tax compliance and acting as the day-to-day technical authority on VAT mattersRunning the PAYE Settlement Agreement (PSA) process end-to-endSupporting transfer pricing and international tax filings (CbCR, Pillar Two/GloBE)Partnering with Finance, Legal, Operations, HR and Payroll on tax mattersContributing to strategic tax projects, MandA support, and process/automation improvementsWhat we''re looking forQualified accountant and/or tax adviserChartered Accountant (ACA / CA / ACCA) or CTA tax qualificationDemonstrable Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in a similar roleStrong UK corporate tax technical knowledge, with up-to-date understanding of UK legislation and HMRC guidanceUnderstanding of international tax filings in a UK contextIrish tax knowledge and familiarity with Alphatax and Workday desirableA structured, detail-oriented approach with strong stakeholder communication skills Vertage is ..... full job details .....
