The initial three-month assignment will focus on process design, governance, documentation and implementation readiness. Subject to project requirements, performance, approval, the assignment may be extended to support implementation in 2027.Key deliverablesAssess the current UK screening and vetting arrangements and identify gaps.Design the end-to-end process for background screening, BPSS and National Security Vetting.Define roles, responsibilities, governance, decision points and escalation routes.Establish an approach for identifying roles requiring enhanced screening or vetting.Develop process maps, procedures, templates and guidance.Define data-handling, reporting, quality-assurance and audit requirements.Review the current process and document required provider, system and workflow changes.Prepare an implementation roadmap, including risks, dependencies, resources and key decisions.Required experienceStrong UK personnel security, National Security Vetting or ..... full job details .....
