This role is key to keeping the business compliant and running smoothly.Client DetailsA rapidly growing businesses with bases across Europe.DescriptionManaging and resolving complex and escalated payroll queries.Providing expert guidance on UK payroll legislation, pensions, payroll adjustments, and reconciliations.Conducting payroll audits and reviews to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.Supporting clients through payroll validation activities and pre-payroll checks.Investigating and resolving payroll, pension, and benefits-related issues.Collaborating with internal teams to support compliance initiatives and payroll system enhancements.Developing and maintaining payroll knowledge resources, training materials, and process documentation.Delivering training and guidance to colleagues to improve payroll knowledge and service delivery.Supporting incident management activities and ensuring timely resolution of payroll-related issues.Keeping up to date with changes in payroll legislation and best practice.ProfileA minimum of 2 years'' UK payroll experience, with strong technical knowledge of payroll legislation, compliance, pensions, and statutory requirements.Proven experience handling complex payroll queries, reconciliations, audits, and payroll corrections.Strong understanding of payroll journals, manual adjustments, and payroll validation processes.Experience working with ..... full job details .....
