This UK Payroll Renewal Analyst position is confirmed inside IR35 and offers a part-time arrangement of at least 3 days per week, supporting change management, payroll testing, and delivery confidence over an 18-month temporary project.What You Will Do: Support delivery across payroll transformation workstreams, taking ownership of assigned activities and timelines.Collaborate on implementation of business and legislative change, and support the new payroll system through requirements, design, testing, and deployment.Gather requirements with internal stakeholders and third-party system integrators, ensuring payroll impacts are clearly understood.Execute strong payroll testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), maintaining evidence, tracking defects, and supporting resolution through to closure.Review system designs and requirements to identify potential payroll, control, and end-user impacts, escalating risks where needed.Maintain project documentation and provide progress updates, including analysis and evidence to support project decisions and readiness.
