UK Inside Sales and Pricing Manager

Lead the UK Inside Sales and Pricing team, ensuring accurate, timely and profitable customer quotations across Air, Ocean and Road Freight while supporting the UK Sales team and driving service excellence and continuous improvement. Mon to Fri Location Heathrow Salary NEG Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Inside Sales and Pricing team. Manage daily workload and team performance. Prepare and approve competitive customer quotations. Support Business Development Managers with pricing and commercial proposals. Liaise with Operations, Procurement and overseas offices to obtain rates. Monitor quotation activity, conversion and profitability. Maintain pricing systems and produce management reports. Build strong customer and internal relationships. Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. Person Specification Management experience within Freight Forwarding or Logistics. Strong knowledge of Air, Ocean and Road Freight pricing. Experience producing customer quotations. Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
