The RoleOwn, develop and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, including senior HR leaders, Talent teams, founders and C-suite executives.Support the growth and retention of a portfolio of corporate clients, identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships and develop new business.Work closely with a high-performing team of immigration lawyers, supported by sophisticated technology, automation and streamlined workflows.Act as the senior client contact and escalation point, resolving complex immigration matters, service issues and jurisdiction-specific challenges quickly and effectively.Lead client communications, including the preparation and distribution of legal alerts, regional immigration updates and other critical developments, ensuring clients receive a consistent, high-quality service.Oversee and approve client billing, ensuring accuracy, transparency and compliance with agreed billing guidelines.Take ownership of ongoing corporate accounts, ensuring strong relationships and a consistent, high-touch client experience.Monitor active matters and workflows to ensure cases are delivered in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ..... full job details .....
