The role This is the number one health and safety position for Joloda s UK operations, covering manufacturing, installation, field service, and office-based activity. Reporting to the Operations Director, your central objective is to continuously drive down accident frequency and severity rates across all areas of the business. You ll maintain and build on the management systems already in place, lead the cultural shift that gets everyone on board, and be the competent person the business relies on when regulators, insurers, or customers require it.
