Overview You will be leading and managing the UK BIM and Piping team in terms of operational delivery and excellence, to resource allocation against projects and to Learning and Development of the team. You will play an active role in managing and developing client relationships and accounts as well as contributing to proposals and technical delivery and execution against projects. This is a highly visible and rewarding role within the UK business with a diverse range of responsibility. This role can be based out of the Birmingham or Manchester office. Responsibilities Support the Process Group Manager to develop and deliver digital design services for Piping, MEP (REVIT), 3D coordination and project information elements of our projects.Develop the team across the UK business units ensuring on-going personal development needs identified, so that the team has the correct mix of staff and contract resources. Take technical responsibility for the team to ensure flawless delivery, working within hour budgets set by projects. Ensure the highest quality of design, engineering and advice on all projects.
