UK GMA Manager - MotorcyclesOur client is a highly recognised motorcycle brand with real heritage in the UK and internationally. As a Genuine Motorcycle Accessories (GMA) Manager for the United Kingdom, you will be driving all business aspects of GMA and ensure adequate support is given to Business teams as well as the Dealers in the country along with internal stakeholders. You will seek support in a collaborative fashion with the wider direct and indirect teams and channel partners.Part of the Sales Team in the UK and working from a remote/home location, you will have dual reporting to the Country Manager for the UK and Head of Sales for GMA International Business, the primary areas of this role will focus on sales / merchandising / stocking / reporting / sales administration / process development and managing existing programs. You will also be driving and supporting the development of key strategic initiatives for the region which will play a crucial role in developing the wider business.Key responsibilities will include:- Work closely with all dealers and each Business team members to drive, maximise and execute sales and retail capability of GMA, through sales channels.- Through training, education and developing sales campaigns and initiatives, develop "best in class" dealer network for sales of GMA.- Providing first line support to internal stakeholders and business partners by resolving issues and answering general enquiries.- Plan and negotiate annual sales target ..... full job details .....
