This role involves maintaining product integrity, adhering to regulatory standards, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities:Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and batch details. Store pharmaceuticals under required conditions, such as temperature control, following Good Distribution Practices (GDP). Rotate stock using First Expiry First Out (FEFO) procedures. Accurately pick and pack orders using warehouse management systems and barcode scanners. Prepare dispatch documentation and coordinate with logistics carriers. Conduct cycle counts and reconcile stock levels to maintain inventory accuracy. Report and investigate discrepancies or incidents. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GDP/GMP regulations to ensure product quality. Maintain high standards of hygiene, security, and housekeeping. Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet trucks) as licensed. Use warehouse management systems, handheld scanners, and basic IT tools for tracking operations.
