Lead UI Developer Contract, Outside IR35, Manchester Hybrid, Initial 6 months (likely to extend), ASAP startWe''re supporting a leading financial services client on a Front End modernisation programme, building out a component-driven, scalable UI architecture across a growing product suite. We''re looking for a Lead UI Developer to take technical ownership of the Front End build and set the standard for how the wider team works.What you''ll be doingLeading Front End architecture and development using the latest version of AngularConsolidating over 10 journeys into 1 journey reusing code as much as possibleOwning and evolving a design system, ensuring consistency, reusability and scalability across product teamsArchitecting and building micro front ends as part of a modular, distributed UI strategySetting technical direction and best practice for the wider Front End team, with hands-on delivery alongside leadershipWorking closely with Back End, design and product teams to ship features end-to-end in a regulated FS environmentWhat we''re looking forStrong, demonstrable experience with the latest version of Angular in a production environmentProven experience working with and evolving design systemsHands-on experience building micro Front End architecturesComfortable operating at Lead level, setting technical direction and mentoring other developersNode and Nest experience desirable, not essentialAWS experience desirable, not essentialFS or other regulated sector experienceThe ..... full job details .....
