About the role We''re recruiting for a UHV Cleaning & Finishing Technician to join a specialist engineering and manufacturing business near Hailsham.   In this hands-on role, you''ll be responsible for cleaning, inspecting, packaging and labelling precision-engineered components and assemblies to strict Ultra-High Vacuum (UHV) standards. You''ll also carry out leak checks on vacuum chambers and use bead-blasting equipment to help achieve a high-quality finish.   Attention to detail is essential, as you''ll be working with precision components where cleanliness, quality and accuracy are key.   Key responsibilities Clean, visually inspect, package and label individual components, sub-assemblies, finished assemblies and vacuum chambers in line with UHV cleaning specifications.
