3x Senior UCD ConsultantsSalary: £70,000 - £85,000Location: London or Manchester - mostly remoteClearance: SC Cleared or EligibleWe''re looking for experienced Senior Consultants to join a growing User-Centred Design capability, supporting the delivery of complex digital services across Government and Defence.We''re hiring across several UCD specialisms, including: Interaction Design/UX DesignUser ResearchContent Design You''ll work within multidisciplinary agile teams, collaborating with users, engineers, architects, product and delivery professionals to create accessible, intuitive and effective digital services.What You''ll Be Doing Understanding user needs and translating them into effective digital services and experiences.Planning and conducting user research, testing and validation.Designing user journeys, workflows, interactions and prototypes.Creating clear, accessible and user-focused content.Analysing research and user feedback to identify insights and opportunities.Iterating and improving services based on evidence and user needs.Championing user-centred and inclusive design throughout delivery.Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Contributing to UCD standards, capability and best practice.
