We are recruiting for a high performing Twilight Manager to help our business grow and succeed. Our Fresh Food Managers take pride in product availability and delivering exceptional customer service by listening to and responding to our customers.Reporting into the Store Manager, you will lead and empower colleagues to put the customer first and deliver outstanding service, listen to customer feedback and react accordingly, and ensure market leading availability across the store.Responsibilities
Lead and empower colleagues to always put the customer first and deliver outstanding customer serviceListen and respond to customer feedback and react accordinglyEnsure market leading availability across the storeWork with other Managers in store to lead a supportive and performance driven departmentEfficiently manage all people routines, taking accountability for department scheduling, absence, performance and talent conversationsDeliver training to ensure the team have the capability and confidence to deliver their roleEnable colleagues to work with confidence across various departmentsIdentify and develop talent within the departmentBuild effective relationships with other operating departmentsLead colleagues to work with purpose, delivering outstanding performance against all relevant targets across the department(s)Take a leadership role within the storeEnsure resource is planned thoroughlyAbout You
