Carmichael UK are seeking an experienced Temporary Works Coordinator to join a Tier 1 contractor delivering a major superstructure project in the Buckinghamshire area.

This is a key office-based role responsible for coordinating temporary works designs between the site team, designers, and the client—ensuring safe, compliant, and timely implementation of all TW elements.

• Coordinate temporary works designs across multiple disciplines and stakeholders

• Review TW design briefs and ensure proper issue to framework designers

• Oversee the full approval and implementation lifecycle of temporary works

• Ensure designs meet standards and have appropriate levels of checking

• Liaise with internal teams, external designers, and client representatives

• Maintain records, certificates, and approvals for all TW packages

• Support and promote health, safety, and environmental best practices

• Comply with internal commercial processes and documentation

• Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar); working towards chartership ideal

• Experience in temporary works coordination

• Background on major infrastructure or superstructure projects

• Strong communication skills to manage multiple design interfaces
