We currently have a rare opportunity to join an award winning, dynamic estate agency client of ours based in Cheltenham. They have offices in Gloucestershire & Worcestershire and currently have a brand new requirement for a full time Property Sales Coordinator to join their talented team.
With customer satisfaction at the heart of what they do, they are looking for a driven and dedicated individual whose main responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and timely property transactions from offer acceptance through to completion. This position requires exceptional communication and organisational skills, as you will be the key point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage advisors. Your focus will be on keeping all parties informed, troubleshooting any issues that arise and pushing each transaction towards completion in an efficient manner.

As a Property Sales Administrator your responsibilities will include:
-Manage a portfolio of property sales from offer acceptance to completion
-Act as the primary liaison for buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other third parties
-Monitor and progress each transaction, proactively addressing any issues that could delay the sale
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on all sales progression activities and regularly update clients
-Provide support and guidance to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of each step in the sales process
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 17:30 with an hour for lunch
Salary: Up to -30,000 per annum depending on experience
