Secondary Tutor / Intervention Tutor

Start date: ASAP / After Easter
Contract: Full-time, long-term
TimePlan Education is working with a secondary school seeking a dedicated Tutor to support pupils through targeted academic intervention. This role is ideal for someone passionate about raising attainment, building confidence and helping students make rapid progress in a focused setting.
As a Tutor, you will:
- Deliver small-group and 1:1 tuition in English, Maths or other core subjects.
- Support pupils who need extra help to close gaps in learning.
- Plan and adapt sessions to meet individual needs and learning targets.
- Track progress and help students build confidence, independence and resilience.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience tutoring, teaching or supporting young people in a school setting.
- Be patient, organised and confident working with pupils of varying ability levels.
- Be able to build rapport quickly and motivate learners to succeed.
