TimePlan Education is working with a secondary school seeking a dedicated Tutor to support pupils through targeted academic intervention. This role is ideal for someone passionate about raising attainment, building confidence and helping students make rapid progress in a focused setting.

As a Tutor, you will:

• Deliver small-group and 1:1 tuition in English, Maths or other core subjects.
• Support pupils who need extra help to close gaps in learning.
• Plan and adapt sessions to meet individual needs and learning targets.
• Track progress and help students build confidence, independence and resilience.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience tutoring, teaching or supporting young people in a school setting.
• Be patient, organised and confident working with pupils of varying ability levels.
• Be able to build rapport quickly and motivate learners to succeed.
