      <description>Location: Southmoor | Salary: 23.00-23.00 Hourly | Type: Permanent | In-Person Tutor Supporting School-Refusing Students Flexible hours Term-time only SEN and Behavioural Support We are looking for experienced and compassionate tutors to work 1:1 with children and young people who are currently out of school due to SEN, SEMH, or behavioural challenges. This role focuses on rebuilding confidence and engagement with learning, not just academic outcomes. The Role  Deliver 1:1 tuition during school hours (typically 9 00, Mon Fri). Work in students homes or community settings. Teach core subjects (English, Maths, Science) with tailored approaches. Communicate with parents, schools, and professionals to track progress. Record outcomes and feedback accurately.  Hours and Flexibility  Typically 6 15 hours per student, per week. Term-time only evenings and weekends free.
