Tutor (Core Subjects, SEN and EHCP Support)Bournemouth Area Needed. We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Tutor to provide face-to-face tuition in students'' homes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping young people build confidence and achieve academic progress across core subjects.Role ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging one-to-one tuition in core subjects (English, Maths, and Science)Adapt lessons to suit individual learning needs and abilitiesSupport students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)Work with students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)Build positive relationships with students and familiesTrack progress and provide feedback where requiredTravel to students'' homes for in-person sessionsRequirementsMinimum 2 years'' tutoring or teaching experienceStrong knowledge of core curriculum subjectsExperience supporting students with SEN and working with EHCPs is essentialComfortable working face-to-face in students'' homesFull UK driving licence and access to transport preferredFlexible and reliable with availability during school hoursAbility to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per weekDesirable QualificationsPGCE and/or QTSAdditional SEN qualifications or training PayAdditional Information 25- 35 per hour, depending on experience and qualificationsFlexible hours available - Sessions primarily delivered during school hoursIf you are passionate about making a difference and supporting students to reach their full potential, we ..... full job details .....
