We work with learners who may be outside of mainstream education, require additional support with their studies, or benefit from a more flexible and individual approach to learning.The RoleDeliver engaging 1:1 tuition sessions.Support learners across Primary and Secondary education.Provide Maths, English and other subject support where appropriate.Adapt lessons to suit individual learning needs and abilities.Build positive relationships and encourage learner confidence.Help pupils re-engage with education and develop their skills.Provide clear feedback following each session.RequirementsPrevious experience working with children or young people.Teaching qualification, tutoring experience or relevant educational background.Strong communication and behaviour management skills.Ability to plan a...
