Tutor - SEN / Alternative ProvisionSheffield and Surrounding Areas In-Person Flexible Hours Supply BasisTradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced and compassionate Tutors to provide in-person tuition for children and young people outside of mainstream school settings across Sheffield and surrounding areas.This role involves supporting students with a range of additional needs, including social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, EOTAS packages, SEND and students within alternative provision or PRU settings. Tuition may take place in students'' homes, community settings or other agreed educational environments.The successful candidate will be confident delivering tailored sessions that support both academic progress and student engagement, while building positive and professional relationships with young people who may have experienced barriers to education.The successful candidate will:Have experience working with children or young people with SEN, SEMH or within alternative provision settingsBe confident delivering personalised learning sessionsHave strong behaviour management and communication skillsBe adaptable, patient and able to build positive relationshipsBe committed to supporting vulnerable students to achieve positive outcomesHold relevant teaching, tutoring or educational support experienceThis is an excellent opportunity for educators looking for flexible work while making a meaningful difference to students requiring specialist ..... full job details .....
