This role involves supporting students with a range of additional needs, including social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, EOTAS packages, SEND and students within alternative provision or PRU settings. Tuition may take place in students'' homes, community settings or other agreed educational environments. The successful candidate will be confident delivering tailored sessions that support both academic progress and student engagement, while building positive and professional relationships with young people who may have experienced barriers to education.
