Must have recent experience teaching Year 6. Experience delivering the Year 6 SATs curriculum and preparing pupils for SATs is essential. The focus will be on supporting pupils who are just below age-related expectations and helping them to close gaps and catch up. Following the Year 6 SATs in May, the tutor will also support Year 5 pupils with their learning and progress. The successful candidate should be organised and able to use assessment information effectively to identify gaps and adapt support accordingly.
