SEN Tutor - Croydon Qualified Tutor Immediate StartWe are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced SEN Tutor to support young learners in the Croydon area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the academic and emotional development of students with Special Educational Needs.Location: CroydonStart date: ImmediateHours: Flexible - part-time or full-time opportunities availablePay: 25- 35 per hour, based on experience and qualificationsAbout the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored 1:1 tuition to students who may be out of school, on reduced timetables, or require additional support due to a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other complex needs. Sessions may take place in the student''s home or a suitable community setting.Responsibilities:Plan and deliver engaging lessons in core subjects Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each learnerBuild positive, trusting relationships with students and their familiesSupport student''s emotional development, confidence and readiness to learnMonitor and report on student progressRequirements:A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, PGCE or equivalent)Proven experience working with children or young people with SENAbility to work independently and manage own scheduleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)Desirable:Experience supporting students ..... full job details .....
