Are you compassionate, calm and innovative?At Prospero Teaching, we are looking for dedicated and compassionate Tutors to join our growing team in Winchester and nearby areas starting now and going into the new academic year.We support young people who may have Special Educational Needs (SEN) and/or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. As a Tutor, you''ll provide 1:1 tuition, helping learners re-engage with education and achieve their potential.As a Tutor, you will: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging sessions that meet the needs of students. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential. Record student progress and report on this weekly. Be understanding, empathetic and patient. Record attendance. Be organised, dependable and creative. Be calm, fair and adaptable.About you: Nurturing and caring nature Patient, kind and understanding Understanding of the National Curriculum Organised Comfortable to support secondary aged pupils with English, Maths and possibly Science too or comfortable to Mentor young people.
