      <description>Location: Blackburn | Salary: &amp;pound;22.50 - &amp;pound;25.00/hour &amp;pound;22.50 per hour | Type: Temporary | Hays Education is working in partnership with specialist provisions across East Lancashire to recruit dedicated and resilient Tutors to support secondary-aged pupils (Years 7-11) with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.This is a rewarding opportunity for experienced educators or tutors who are passionate about helping vulnerable young people re-engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes.    The Role  You will provide 1:1 tuition only for secondary school pupils with SEMH needs, delivering two hours per pupil per session. Tuition will be fully personalised, taking into account each pupil''s academic ability, emotional needs, and capacity to engage with learning.Sessions may take place in specialist schools, alternative provisions, or outreach settings, depending on pupil placement.
