English and Maths Tutors Secondary StudentsLocation: Spalding, Bourne, Boston and Sleaford (In-person) Pay Rate: £25 £35 per hour (depending on experience) Contract Type: Part-time Flexible hoursGSL Education is seeking experienced and dedicated English and Maths Tutors to support secondary-aged students across Spalding, Bourne, Boston, and Sleaford. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping students build confidence, improve attainment, and reach their full academic potential.This is an in-person tutoring role, so applicants must be able to travel within reasonable distance of Spalding, Bourne, Boston, and Sleaford to deliver sessions.Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored 1:1 or small group tuition in English and/or MathsPlan and adapt sessions to meet individual student needsSupport students with exam preparation and core skills developmentTrack and monitor progress, providing feedback where requiredBuild strong, positive relationships with studentsEncourage engagement, confidence, and independent learning Requirements: Experience working with secondary-aged students (school or tutoring)Strong subject knowledge in English and/or MathsAbility to deliver engaging and personalised sessionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust live within travelling distance of Spalding, Bourne, Boston, and Sleaford (this is an in-person role)An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) What GSL Education Offers: ..... full job details .....
