Job description:Job Title: Tutors for Non-School AttendersLocation: Home-based, libraries, or local centres across WiganWorking Hours: flexible days and hours between - Monday to Friday - 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM You pick your hours and days workRole Overview:We are looking for dedicated and passionate Tutors to join our team. As part of our service, you will be working directly with students in their homes, local libraries, or community centres, helping them access education outside of the traditional school setting. You will play a vital role in delivering engaging and effective lessons, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:Deliver one-on-one tuition to students who are unable to attend schoolPlan and implement tailored learning programs based on individual student needs and abilitiesProvide a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environmentMonitor student progress and provide feedback to both students and parentsWrite weekly progress reports on pupils attendance and achievements during the sessionsWork during school hours, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PMRequirements:Qualified TeacherPassion for education and helping students overcome challengesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsReliable and committed to helping students achieve their academic goalsEnhanced DBS check required (we will assist with this process)Benefits:Flexible work locations (home, library, community centres)Opportunity to make a real difference in students'' ..... full job details .....
