Sessions may take place in alternative provision settings, community venues, or other agreed locations.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and personalised tuition sessions to students across a range of subjects.Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs and abilities.Build positive and supportive relationships with learners.Monitor and record student progress.Promote confidence, engagement, and positive outcomes.Requirements:Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational, mentoring, coaching, or support capacity.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and adapt to different learning environments.A patient, resilient, and flexible approach.Enhanced DBS on the Update ..... full job details .....
