Our learners may have experienced barriers within mainstream education and require a more personalised, practical and supportive approach to learning. We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with young people while maintaining clear expectations, structure and professional boundaries. The Role You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging learning sessions to individuals and small groups of learners. Key responsibilities include: Planning and delivering high-quality lessons Delivering learning to individuals and small groups Adapting teaching approaches to meet individual learner needs Supporting learners with SEND, SEMH and behavioural needs Re-engaging young people who may have become disengaged from mainstream education Setting clear expectations around behaviour, attendance and participation Assessing learner progress and providing constructive feedback Maintaining accurate learner records and progress documentation Working closely with Teaching Assistants, pastoral staff...
