As a turnaround Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the turnaround of nursing and residential homes across the midlands, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development.
- Maintain high standards of care and service delivery.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for both staff and residents.
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
