This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing HR team where TUPE activity is a core part of the business, supporting the mobilisation and demobilisation of major contracts across the UK.Reporting to the HR Manager, you''ll work alongside an established TUPE Officer, playing a key role in managing a high volume of TUPE transfers in and out of the business.The Role This is a specialist HR role focused on TUPE, working within a business that regularly wins and loses large-scale contracts. The volume and pace are significant, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, commercially driven environment.Your responsibilities will include: Managing TUPE transfers from start to finish across multiple projects.Preparing and reviewing Employee Liability Information (ELI).Liaising with Contract Managers and key stakeholders throughout the TUPE process.Ensuring employee relations matters are accurately reflected within ELI documentation.Providing advice and guidance on TUPE legislation and best practice.Supporting the HR Manager with a high volume of ..... full job details .....
