TSA Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analysis Specialist with proven Telecoms Security Act (TSA) experience to support complex regulatory, technology and security-led change. Previous hands-on experience working with the Telecoms Security Act (TSA) is essential for this role. Candidates must be able to demonstrate practical experience translating TSA obligations and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable business and delivery requirements. This role requires someone who is comfortable operating in complex technology, security and regulatory environments and who can bring structure to ambiguity. You will lead discovery and scoping activities, understand business and customer objectives, assess feasibility and translate regulatory and business needs into effective solutions. Important Location Requirement This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Bristol. This requirement is mandatory. Applicants must therefore be committed to working onsite in Bristol three days each week and should only apply if they are able to meet this requirement. Translate TSA and other regulatory obligations into clear, structured business, functional, non-functional and data requirements.
