The Role; The Trusts Fundraising Manager plays a key role in securing voluntary income for Kisharon Langdon by leading the development and delivery of a strategic trusts and foundations programme, with responsibility for achieving significant income targets and supporting the organisation s long-term growth. The role involves proactively shaping and managing a high-value funding pipeline, using insight, planning, and data to drive sustainable income and maximise opportunities across the portfolio. The post-holder will take ownership of relationships with a portfolio of funders, developing tailored cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies aligned to funder priorities, while also identifying and securing new funding opportunities.
