London Youth Choirs is seeking an experienced Trusts, Foundations and Impact Manager to lead a high-performing fundraising portfolio at a pivotal moment in our expansion. With trust income projected to rise this year and ambitious plans for the future, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to build lasting funder relationships, secure multi-year support, and elevate how we measure and communicate our impact for young people across London. Who we are London Youth Choirs is a growing and ambitious music organisation supporting young people through the power of choral singing. Its Fundraising and Communications team plays a vital role in sustaining and expanding this work, securing the income and partnerships needed to reach more young people and deepen LYC''s impact across the capital. About the role As Trusts, Foundations and Impact Manager, you will lead a warm and successful portfolio of funders, developing compelling applications and delivering excellent stewardship. You will be expected to research, identify and engage new trust relationships over the year, delivering a high growth target. You will work closely with the Director of Fundraising to grow the relationships with trusts, with the aim of encouraging multi-year gifts.
