As we prepare to launch our bold Strategy, we are seeking up to 3 new Trustees to join our dedicated, friendly, and invested Board to help us tackle ageism and connect the generations. Following a recent Board skills audit, we are looking for individuals who can bring specialist skills in one of three key areas: HR / People Leadership and EDI: Experience in human resources, equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, or organisational culture. Community/Participatory Arts Practice: Hands-on experience as a practicing participatory artist, community producer, or leader within a socially engaged or community arts organisation. Law and Technology: Experience bridging legal matters and digital tech to help shape our digital strategy and support operational legal needs.
