The Trust Inclusion Lead will be part of the Trust s central school effectiveness team and will deliver the Trust s inclusion strategy across our family of schools, shaping a culture where inclusion is not the responsibility of a few, but the commitment of all. This is an exciting opportunity and new role for an experienced and influential leader who combines deep expertise in SEND, inclusion and safeguarding with the ability to inspire others, drive improvement and build capacity across a Trust. We are looking for someone who can translate vision into action, using evidence, collaboration and strong relationships to ensure that barriers to learning are identified early and removed effectively.
