Experience in a similar role and HR Systems.
Recent and relevant experience in the use of spreadsheets and/or data manipulation.

The successful HR Systems Officer (HRIS Analyst) will:
Lead on development, use of and continued implementation of the HR System (CIPHR)
Work as part of the team to support operational aspects of the Service
